Seminar/Workshop On Holistic Inner Science and Integral Living

This session would introduce Holistic Inner Science and provide unique tools for happy, harmonious, positive and meaningful inner living. This session will cover the following topics.

  • What is Holistic Science?
    • ‘New vision – New world’ – How holistic science visions can change our inner world leading to a rich experience within and without.
    • Five key aspects that lead to Happiness: Harmony in relationships at home and at work; Meaningful living by finding the true purpose of life; ‘Self’ and ‘Self-interest’; Positivity in all situations.; Forgiveness and love.

Mind Is A Computer – How To Get Rid Of Its Viruses

Mind is like a computer. Data fed in and data fed out. We experience good thoughts, bad thoughts in our mind. These thoughts come or are a part of an interaction. We will learn techniques to get rid of what is not pleasant.

PRACTICAL SESSION/WORKSHOP ON APPLICATION OF HOLISTIC SCIENCE TOOLS

  • Meditation.
  • Clearing mental baggage or inner hurdles.
  • Forgiveness – Forgiving oneself and other resulting in love.
  • How a Holistic scientist lives from within in challenging situations.
  • Holistic view of Yoga and other measures.
  • Integration between various modalities, inner faiths or beliefs.

Discovering The World Within For Rich Inner Living from The Holistic Scientist Perspective

• Life of a Holistic Scientist? • Key messages. • Knowing ‘Pure self’. • What is ultimate happiness?

How To Mitigate ‘Negative Energy’ In Relationship

We have experienced what happens when we have negative thoughts in us and their consequences of our own reaction as well as equally negative reaction from others. We will discuss how to mitigate negativity.
